Herbert Martinez is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a JD Candidate at Southwestern Law School since June 2021 and as a paralegal at The Barry Law Firm since April 2021, specializing in lemon law cases. Prior experience includes working as a litigation paralegal at the Immigration Office of Alan Diamante, where responsibilities included preparing legal documents and assisting over 20 clients monthly. Additional roles include a buyer at ShinMaywa (America) Ltd., where negotiations and quality control were key, an office assistant at Select Parking focusing on administrative tasks and translation, and an English teacher in South Korea through the EPIK program. Herbert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from William & Mary, obtained in 2016.
