Laura Morris has a strong background in marketing, with over 25 years of experience. Laura started their career at Xerox Corporation as a Global Purchasing Communication Manager, where they successfully won an additional $1.5M in annual sales. Laura then worked at Time Warner Cable as an Acquisition Marketing & Retail Affiliate Manager, where they were responsible for new subscriber growth and managing a $2 million budget. After that, they joined Synacor as the Director of Affiliate Marketing, focusing on B2B and B2C marketing program development and digital communications. Laura created website and Google search-focused engagement programs that increased unique visitors, overall site engagement, and revenue. Laura then joined Armstrong Fluid Technology as a Global MarCom Manager, and most recently, they worked at The Barnes Firm Injury Attorneys as the Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for brand building, traditional and digital media development, and social media marketing.
Laura Morris obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Buffalo State University in the years 1984 to 1989. Laura then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Marketing from the University at Buffalo, completing it between 1990 and 1996.
