Richard Campbell

Richard Campbell is a Pupil Barrister at The Bar of Northern Ireland since September 2023, having previously trained at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University Belfast. Richard's expertise extends to consultation and independent subject matter expert roles for organizations such as the OSCE and UNODC, focusing on topics including human trafficking and cyber security. Richard served as a board member for the Northern Ireland Cyber Leadership Board and chaired the Modern Slavery/Human Trafficking Sub Group for the Northern Ireland Organised Crime Task Force. Educational qualifications include a PG Dip in Professional Legal Studies from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Ulster University, complemented by a BSc in Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth.
