Emma McIlveen is a Barrister at Law with extensive experience in various legal and research roles. Since September 2016, Emma has been practicing as a Barrister at the Bar of Northern Ireland and serving as an Employment Barrister at Broadway House Chambers. Previous positions include tutoring at Queen's University Belfast, conducting research for the Northern Ireland Assembly, and consulting for the Centre for Democracy and Peace Building. Emma's educational background features prestigious institutions, including a Kennedy Scholar program at Harvard University and an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University Belfast and has actively participated in initiatives related to cross-border legal disputes, employment law, and international policy.
