David Mulholland has a diverse range of work experience. David started their career in 1999 at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager in Finance and Performance Management. David then moved on to CCEA in 2002, where they served as the Director of Corporate Services, responsible for Finance, IT, HR, and Multimedia functions. After that, they joined Kelda Water Services in 2007 as the Managing Director and Finance Director of KWS Alpha, where they were in charge of creating strategy and leading the delivery of the company's Northern Ireland operations. In 2012, they became the Group Finance Director at H&J Martin Ltd. Lastly, in 2014, they took on the role of Chief Executive at the Bar of Northern Ireland, where they set the strategic direction and priorities for the barrister profession within the jurisdiction.
David Mulholland attended Queen's University Belfast from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bsc Hons degree in Accounting. David then pursued further education at Ulster University from 1993 to 1994, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting.
