Jan Meinster has extensive experience in information technology and testing roles. Jan currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at The Bank of Glen Burnie since March 2017. Prior to this, they worked at TEKsystems Global Services as a QA Practice Architect, providing consulting and support in QA and testing strategies from February 2014 to March 2017. In their earlier career, Meinster held various positions at SunTrust Bank, M&I Data Services, and Citizens Bank of Maryland, where they managed testing organizations, implemented software applications, and directed IT activities.

Jan Meinster attended the Community College of Baltimore County, where they studied Information Technology with a focus on Data Processing. They also obtained a Certificate from the Maryland Banking School, which is affiliated with the University of Maryland. In September 2016, Jan Meinster earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, they possess a certification called Certified Computing Professional (CCP), but the institution and exact date of obtaining it are unknown.
