Maria Montrond possesses extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Underwriter and Compliance Administrator at Bank of Canton since September 2020. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at East West Mortgage from September 2018 to August 2020 and held the position of Residential Mortgage Underwriter at Meetinghouse Bank from March 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in Maria's career, from May 2009 to March 2016, Maria operated as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor at Bank of Canton. Maria's expertise includes underwriting various loan types and ensuring compliance with lending standards through diligent evaluation of application completeness and supporting documentation. Maria is an alumnus of Northeastern University.
