Sheila began their career in 1990 as a Third Party Administrator at Crawford and Company, where they worked until 1993. In 1993, they joined The Bama Companies, Inc as a People Systems Manager and eventually advanced to the role of People Systems Director in 2016. Throughout their career, Sheila has played a crucial role in developing and managing people systems within these organizations.
Sheila Howell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University from 1984 to 1988. Sheila also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, which was obtained in 2013.
