Sean O'Connor, MSM, has extensive experience in the insurance and golf industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Distribution at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company since 2007, Sean O'Connor oversees ten agencies while promoting the long-term success of the career agency system and acting as a liaison between the corporate office and field representatives. Previous roles include Agency Manager and Sales Manager, focusing on collaboration, recruitment, training, and retention efforts. Prior to the insurance sector, Sean O'Connor worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Augusta National Golf Club and Merion Golf Club. Sean O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from The American College of Financial Services.
