Shannon Kief is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Controller at the Baltimore Banner since May 2024. Previously, Shannon held the position of Controller at The Executive Leadership Council from November 2021 to May 2024, and at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service from April 2021 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Shannon was the Director of Finance at Parks & People Foundation from January 2016 to April 2021, and worked as a Senior Accountant for the EMEA Division at Videology, Inc. from June 2014 to January 2016. Shannon began the career as an Audit Senior at SC&H Group from May 2007 to June 2014. Educationally, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University, completing the degree between 2004 and 2007.
