Bailey Moody, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Bald Head Island Club since January 2021, after progressing from the role of Human Resources Manager. Previously, Bailey held the position of HR Manager at UniFocus from September 2019 to January 2021, where key contributions included creating an employee wellness program, enhancing onboarding processes, and initiating engagement strategies such as Bailey Videos. Prior experience includes HR Generalist at Brookhaven Country Club, Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas, and Customer Service Representative at Candy Haven. Bailey holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, both from the University of North Texas.
