Valeria Carlos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and sourcing. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Sourcing, Product Development, Safety & Quality at New Avon since March 2017, Valeria leads the development and commercialization of product prototypes, oversees sourcing processes, and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure product alignment with quality and cost targets. Prior to this role, Valeria managed product development and sourcing for Avon North America in the Jewelry & Watches division and held senior positions at David Yurman and Frederick Goldman. Valeria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, and Management from Brooklyn College.
