Mona Al Obaidli is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Ma'an Abu Dhabi since May 2022, Mona previously held key roles at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, including Section Head - Employee Relations and Senior Recruitment Officer from September 2017 to May 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Recruitment Analyst at Abu Dhabi City Municipality from August 2014 to September 2017 and Recruitment Team Leader at Higher Colleges of Technology from February 2012 to August 2014. Mona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Higher Colleges of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2012.
