Dr. Samantha Johnson is an experienced executive coach specializing in public sector leadership and capability development. Since January 2010, Samantha Johnson has operated Samantha Johnson Executive Coaching, providing guidance to public sector executives and senior leaders. In addition to coaching, Samantha Johnson has served as a Lecturer in Leadership at UNSW Canberra since March 2017, where responsibilities include research and teaching. With further roles as an Associate Fellow at the Australian Institute of Management and a Certified Professional at the Australian Human Resources Institute, Samantha Johnson has a robust professional background. Previous experience includes principal consultant at the Centre for Public Management and a visiting fellow at UNSW Canberra. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from the University of Canberra, along with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Psychology from Monash University.
