Shelldonette Carolus-Fisher is an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and compliance with labor legislation. Currently serving as the Group People Growth and Culture Manager at The Aurum Institute, Shelldonette aligns HR activities with division requirements and conducts employment equity administration. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Kevro, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end HR functions, and HR Practitioner at Pretoria Eye Institute, focusing on effective HR and payroll services.
