Nirish Puri, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nirish is currently the Director of Analytics and Integration at The Aurum Group, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analytics Manager at The Targeted Strategies Group from May 2020 to March 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from October 2018 to January 2020. Nirish also worked as a Senior Associate in Financial Services at PwC Canada from February 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Staff Accountant at BDO Canada, Management Associate at Hertz, Investment Banking M&A Analyst at Alpen Capital(ME).LTD, IT Specialist/Office Coordinator at McIntosh Gallery, and Revising Agent at Elections Ontario.

Nirish Puri, CPA, holds an HBA (Honors Business Administration) degree in Finance from the Ivey Business School at Western University, which they attained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Kinesiology from Western University from 2008 to 2012. Nirish also completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program in various subjects such as Chemistry, Math, English, Biology, History, and French at Turner Fenton Secondary School from 2004 to 2008.

Additionally, Nirish has acquired various certifications and completed several courses, including becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) accredited by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2018. Other certifications include passing Level I of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute, obtaining the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and completing multiple courses in data science, data manipulation, Python, SQL, and machine learning from institutions like DataCamp and Maven Analytics.
