Camilla Race has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Camilla began their career at Sedgefield Borough Council in 1998 as a Finance & Administration Manager. Camilla then moved on to Bishop Auckland College in 2008, where they held various roles including Employment Services Manager, Head of Apprenticeships and Business Development, and ultimately Head of Auckland Academy. Finally, in 2016, they joined The Auckland Project, where they worked as Head of Employability before being promoted to Head of HR and later Head of People.
