Kim Marshall, CPA, MBA, ICD.D, is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance across various industries. Currently serving as a board member for University Health Network and Elexicon Energy Inc., Kim contributes to strategic oversight and organizational leadership. As the Chair of the Investment Committee for The Atmospheric Fund, Kim focuses on initiatives aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the greater Toronto and Hamilton area. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Board at West Park Healthcare Centre and board member at Dillon Consulting Limited, where Kim chaired multiple key committees. Additionally, Kim held significant financial executive positions, including CFO at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) and in various CFO roles from 2000 to 2007, demonstrating a robust background in finance and operational management. An alumnus of the Schulich School of Business, Kim holds an MBA and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto, as well as the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
