Ben Northcutt, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben currently holds the position of Sales Director at The Assurance Group, where they are responsible for driving sales initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as an Insurance Broker at the same company.

Before joining The Assurance Group, Ben served as a Virtual Director of Development at Communitas Consulting Cooperative, where they led development initiatives for nonprofit clients and conducted high-profile fundraising campaigns. Ben also trained Executive Directors in fundraising strategies and cultivated partnerships with donors.

Ben has also held leadership positions in the religious sector. Ben served as a Senior Pastor at LifePoint Church and as a Children's Pastor and Discipleship Pastor at Millbrook Baptist Church. In these roles, they led and educated children and teenagers, mentored staff and volunteer leaders, and enhanced outreach through newsletters and blogs.

In addition, Ben has experience in education. Ben worked as an Adjunct Professor at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and as an Adjunct Faculty at West Kentucky Community and Technical College.

Earlier in their career, Ben served as a Pastor to Youth & Young Adults at Crawford Street United Methodist Church and as a Church Planter/Lead Pastor at North American Mission Board. Ben also worked as the Director of Ministry and Volunteers at Vintage Church.

Ben Northcutt, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Affairs from Murray State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they also acquired an International Certificate in International Business from Tecnologico de Monterrey.

Following this, Northcutt pursued their Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in North American Church Planting from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, attending between 2007 and 2011.

Lastly, Ben Northcutt earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Family Ministry/Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing their studies in 2016.
