Hayley Smith is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager at The Assembly Events since January 2024 and at Tom Ford Beauty since August 2013, where previous roles included Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, and Marketing Assistant at Illamasqua from October 2010 to August 2013, and as a Marketing Assistant intern at makebelieve beauty limited in mid-2010. Hayley holds a BA Hons degree in Fashion Marketing & Communications from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2010.
