Adaeze Oreh

Senior Fellow For Global Health, Aspen New Voices at The Aspen Institute

Adaeze Oreh currently holds the position of Commissioner at the Rivers State Ministry of Health and serves as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Baze University. Additionally, Adaeze is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Groningen, an Amujae Leader at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development, and a Founding Executive Committee Member and Co-Lead of the Research Committee for Women in Global Health Nigeria. In various roles, Adaeze also contributes as a Consultant for the Federal Ministry of Health Nigeria, a Technical Team Member of the COVID-19 Working Party with the International Society of Blood Transfusion, and Board Secretary for the White Ribbon Alliance. Adaeze's experience extends to being a Senior Fellow for Global Health at The Aspen Institute and a member of the Governing Council at PAMO University of Medical Sciences. Educational credentials include multiple degrees and certifications in public health, public policy, and global health from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School, University of Oxford, and Imperial College Business School, alongside an MBBS from the University of Nigeria.
