Roberta Crafford is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Scientific Group since June 2014. Under Roberta's leadership, Scientific Group, comprising various medical communication agencies, provides comprehensive services across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health sectors. Prior to this role, Roberta held key HR positions at DES Group Ltd, rara Media Group Limited, and Omnifone, as well as functioning as a Human Resources Manager at Carlton Screen Advertising and an HR Advisor at The Sanctuary Group plc. Roberta's educational background includes a 2:1 degree in American Social Studies from the University of Sussex and a University Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London, along with additional studies at various institutions.
