Kathleen Dewey has extensive work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Kathleen is currently serving as the SVP Operations at Ariel Group since 2023. Previously, they held the title of V.P. of Operations & Strategic Accounts at Executive Coaching Connections, LLC starting from 2008. Kathleen also worked as the Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1996, they served as the V.P. Central Region at American Movie Classics. Before that, they were the Marketing Manager at Storer Cable Communications from 1984 to 1986.

Kathleen Dewey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePauw University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
