Jill Kirby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, communications training, and higher education. As the owner of GSD, LLC since May 2024, Jill has developed comprehensive coaching programs focusing on leadership development. In addition, Jill serves as a Learning Facilitator at Ariel Group, providing communications training to business professionals, and works as an Independent Contractor with Tapestry, facilitating both industry-specific and general business skills courses. A former Adjunct Faculty member at Harper College and DePaul University, Jill has consistently received excellent evaluations for the development and implementation of innovative lesson plans. Jill's previous role as Owner of Kirby College Consulting included conducting workshops to assist students and parents with the college application process, alongside a commitment to providing guidance to underrepresented students. Jill holds an M.A. in Communication from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
