Andrew McMasters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, storytelling, and leadership training, currently serving as the Executive Presence & Leadership Trainer at ImprovMindset since 2014. In addition to this role, Andrew has been a Learning Facilitator for the Ariel Group since October 2018 and has acted in various capacities, including actor, trade show presenter, and host for Actor's Group since 1992. Andrew has also contributed to academia as a Theater Teacher and Director at the University of Northern Colorado from January 2018 to April 2022. As the Founding Artistic Director of Jet City Improv, Andrew successfully established a non-profit theater arts organization and held leadership roles such as Executive Producer for the Improv Festival Circuit and the Seattle Festival of Improvisational Theater. Andrew's industry influence extends to previous roles, including Trade Show Host at AutoTrader.com and Executive Director of Fremont Outdoor Movies. Educational qualifications include a MFA in Drama and a Certificate in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the University of Washington, along with a BA in Theater from Temple University.
