Rob Williams serves as the CFO for The Arcticom Group since April 2024, following a substantial career in financial leadership roles across various industries. Previous positions include CFO at Continental Battery Systems and Hornblower Group, and CFO at Quick Weight Loss Centers and Friant and Associates, LLC. Notably, Rob held the dual role of COO/CFO at ConeTech, Inc., where oversight extended across multiple international subsidiaries. Early in the career, Rob contributed as Finance Director at Restoration Hardware, and as a Senior Associate/Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, providing M&A advisory services. Additionally, Rob's foundational experience includes serving as a Major in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership was applied in high-pressure environments. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a dual BS degree in Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation from the US Merchant Marine Academy.
