Ruben Dahmen's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a professional basketball player for Phoenix Hagen GmbH. Ruben later joined Fritz-Effekt® as a Digital Officer and was also responsible for marketing and digitalization. In 2017, Ruben Dahmen co-founded WAYS and served as CEO until 2021. Ruben then became CEO and co-founder of THE ARC, an innovation agency developing disruptive service and product innovations. In 2022, Ruben Dahmen continued their role as CEO and co-founder at BACE, a last mile hub that integrates cities, retailers, locals, and end-users. Ruben also co-founded BEHIND, a venture builder under THE ARC, aiming to empower ideas and turn them into sustainable solutions. Throughout their career, Ruben Dahmen has demonstrated a strong technological mindset and a focus on purpose-driven initiatives.

Ruben Dahmen obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium An der Stenner between 2005 and 2013. Ruben then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie from SRH Fernhochschule Riedlingen from 2014 to 2018.
