D. Mark Simpson is a Development Coordinator at The Arc of York County. Previously, D. Mark worked as a Direct Support Professional at Penn-Mar Human Services and as an Enrollment & Match Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County. Simpson also served as a Program & Training Officer at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was involved with the Pennsylvania RULE Leadership Program at Penn State. D. Mark holds a certificate in Leadership Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
