Kevin Hutchinson is an experienced professional in the field of recreation and community development, currently serving as the Recreation Manager and Inclusion Coordinator for the City of Federal Way since September 2008. In this role, Kevin specializes in creating and managing life-skill, educational, and recreational programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, Kevin holds the position of Vice President for Kiwanis of Federal Way and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Arc of King County, which supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout their lives. Kevin's previous experience includes a fieldwork internship in Uganda focused on community-based rehabilitation for children with disabilities, as well as volunteering as a classroom aid to promote the inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream education. Kevin earned a Master's degree in International Community Development from Northwest University and a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Western Washington University.
