Joan Green is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Arc Central Chesapeake Region since September 2021. In addition, Joan is the Owner and CEO of together we love, established in June 2020, which focuses on creating a supportive community for women in interracial relationships and promoting conversations around privilege and racial biases. Previously, Joan held roles such as District Manager at Learning Care Group, driving financial performance across a $38 million district, and at Banana Republic, where revenue targets were consistently achieved through effective leadership development. Joan's extensive career also includes management positions at Old Navy and EXPRESS, where success was built on strong talent acquisition strategies and achieving operational goals. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and an Associate of Science in Retail Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
