Brandy Stephens is an experienced professional in the fields of people and culture, learning development, and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at The Arc Central Chesapeake Region, Brandy previously held positions at Gallup as a Certified Coach specializing in the CliftonStrengths program since September 2016. Additional roles include Assistant Director of Inclusive Excellence Education and Development and Senior Learning Development Consultant at The Johns Hopkins University and The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, respectively. Brandy's experience also encompasses senior roles at Children's National Hospital and the Maryland Judiciary, along with leadership positions at Towson University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Brandy holds a Master's degree in Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University.
