Tia Cassett has extensive experience in leadership roles across technology and board governance. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at The Arc of San Diego since January 2019, Tia previously held significant positions at Infineon Technologies as a Senior Director in the Mainstream Market and at XCOM Labs as Head of Product. Tia's previous board experience includes a role at Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation, contributing to a successful sale to Lantronix, Inc. Tia’s career at Qualcomm spanned over two decades, during which multiple senior director roles focused on product management and business development. Earlier experience includes a principal account executive position at LCC International. Tia holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Communications, Journalism from Virginia Tech and a Certificate from the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
