With over 17 years of experience in the human services field, Angela joined The Arc of Opportunity as the Vice President of Home Supports and is now their Chief Programming Officer. During the span of her career, she spent the last 13 years in various leadership roles overseeing operations, services, recruiting, staffing, and quality enhancement activities of various departments. She brings a vision-driven approach to everything she does including decision-making, growing, scaling departments to additional sites, leading change management efforts, and implementing effective systems.
