Scott Alexander is an experienced professional in the field of property management and assisted housing, currently serving as an Assisted Housing Specialist at The Arc of North Carolina since March 2015, where responsibilities include processing move-ins, move-outs, and HUD certifications for nearly 400 residents. Previous roles include Community Manager at Clemmons Trace Village, coordinating operations for a 152-unit community, and Regional Property Manager at both Landura Management Associates and Landmark Property Management Company, overseeing recruitment, training, and management of site managers and maintenance staff for multiple properties across North Carolina and Virginia. Scott's background also includes leadership positions with US Jaycees and North Carolina Junior Chamber. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
