Duncan Reid has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Director of Development and previously as the Regional Director at The Arc of North Carolina since January 2005, where responsibilities include supervising program managers and administrative staff. Prior to this, Duncan worked as Program Director at Blue Ridge Center from January 2000 to January 2005, successfully consolidating three public sector case management programs into one integrated program. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of South Florida, completed in May 1993.
