Karen Smith has over two decades of experience in financial management, currently serving as the Director of Finance at The Arc of Monmouth, Inc. since November 2003. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Finance Director at The Arc of Ocean County from January 2000 to September 2003. Karen earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgian Court University, completing the program between 1983 and 1987.
