Carole Rosen serves as the Going Home Coalition Manager at The Arc of Illinois since September 2020, advocating for systems change and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Concurrently, Carole also directs the REV UP Illinois Coalition, focused on enhancing voter registration and education within the disability community. As a board member of the Collaborative Community Housing Initiative, Carole promotes inclusive living environments for individuals of all abilities. Previously, Carole was appointed to the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, where responsibilities included serving on the Executive Committee and chairing the Community Housing and Inclusion Committee. Carole holds a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders.
