Kalea Swartz (Jones) currently serves as a Human Resources Associate at Ithaca College since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kalea held the position of Plan Coordinator at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler from June 2018 to July 2024 and worked as a Substitute Teacher at Watkins Glen Central School District from February 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, Kalea served as a Relief-Human Resource Coordinator at Arc Of Schuyler County for a brief period in 2018 and was a Head Lifeguard at W.W. Clute Memorial Park during the summer of 2017, having first joined the park as a Lifeguard from June 2013 to August 2016. Academically, Kalea obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Keuka College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Corning Community College.
