Pristy Kurian is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at The Anup Engineering Limited since January 2023, Pristy previously held the position of Site Head HR at Deepak Group Co from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Pristy was Chief Manager - HR & ER at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. and Regional Human Resources Manager at Bank of Baroda. With a strong foundation in human resources and industrial relations, Pristy began the career at Bank of India as Senior Manager - HR/IR and later worked at ABB Ltd as Business HR. Pristy holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Social Work, MS University Baroda.
