Chuck Rawlins has extensive experience in plant operations and management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since November 2019. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Liqui-Box from May 2013 to November 2019 and various managerial positions at Guardian Automotive from May 2003 to May 2013, where responsibilities included National Distribution Manager and Plant Manager. Chuck Rawlins also held the title of Plant Manager at AGC Automotive Americas from December 2000 to May 2003, and prior to that, worked in multiple engineering and management roles at AGC Automotive Americas and Guardian Industries. Chuck Rawlins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
