Jamie Kirby has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. From 1997 to 1998, Jamie worked as an Engineer at Corning, developing internal applications for fiber optic cable manufacturing. From 1998 to 2001, Jamie was an Engineer II at Worldcom, developing and supporting internal applications for protecting communication fiber assets. From 2001 to 2004, Jamie worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at ABB, developing and expanding an application suite for managing information in deregulated energy markets. From 2004 to 2005, Jamie worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Global Energy Decisions, integrating technologies and providing technical support to customers. From 2005 to 2015, Jamie held the role of Principal Software Engineer at the American Kennel Club, leading project teams and developing various web applications. In 2015, Jamie also worked as a Software Engineer at Research Square. Lastly, from 2015 to present, Jamie served as the President of Singing Dog Solutions.
Jamie Kirby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
