Ashley Respecki

Ashley Respecki has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and architecture. Ashley started their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Kawneer Company. In 2008, they worked as an Architectural Intern at The Estopinal Group. Ashley then joined Studio2030 as a Marketing Intern in 2010, where they developed web and interactive print materials for architectural clients. In 2009, they began working as a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, assisting the Information Services Librarians and teaching research methods to undergraduate students. In 2011, Ashley joined The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and held various roles, including Manager of the Center for Emerging Professionals and Director of Emerging Professionals Engagement. Ashley developed resources, managed programs, and oversaw committees to advance the careers of emerging professionals in architecture. Ashley also served as the Account Director for brand and creative, planning and executing diverse campaigns for AIA programs and events such as the AIA Conference on Architecture, an annual convention and expo. Currently, Ashley is serving as the Director of Marketing at AIA, where they develop dynamic marketing strategies and executes integrated marketing plans for the organization. Ashley leads a team of marketing managers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and analyzes campaign performance to meet annual revenue goals.

Ashley Respecki completed their education in architecture at Ball State University. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architecture in 2009 and then went on to earn a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the same institution in 2011.
