Elizabeth Rula, PhD, currently serves as Vice President at the American College of Radiology and as Executive Director at the Harvey L. Neiman Health Policy Institute since December 2022 and July 2020, respectively. In the role at the Neiman Institute, Elizabeth Rula oversees an extensive research portfolio focusing on health policy, access, quality, and alternative healthcare models, providing crucial healthcare economics research to inform policymakers. Previously, as Executive Director of Research at Tivity Health from July 2016 to July 2020, Elizabeth Rula led initiatives to enhance product impact on member well-being through primary research and product evaluation. Elizabeth Rula also served as Principal Investigator of Health Outcomes Research at Healthways from September 2007 to July 2016, directing interdisciplinary research to evaluate program efficacy in improving population well-being. Elizabeth Rula holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia.
