Chef Sita-Ram is an experienced culinary professional specializing in Indian cuisine, currently serving as the Indian CDC at The American Club Hong Kong since August 2019. Prior to this role, Chef Sita-Ram held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Tamarind Pan-Asian Restaurant & Bar from September 2017 to April 2019.
