Su-jin Lee currently serves as the City Manager for The Ambitious Group in Frankfurt am Main since October 2021, overseeing six departments including LMH Engineering, Ardekay IT Recruitment, and others. Prior to this role, Su-jin held multiple positions within LMH Engineering, including Senior Manager and various recruitment consultant roles from December 2017 to October 2021, specializing in the engineering market. Earlier experience includes a working student position at XXXLutz Deutschland focusing on customer service and logistics coordination, a research assistant role at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, and an internship at Novatech Co., Ltd. in quality and product management.
