Kristin N. Williams, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with significant experience in community engagement and data analysis. Currently serving as an Amalgamator at The Amalgamation since February 2022, Kristin fosters equitable partnerships within a network of small businesses targeting government contracting. As the Founder and Principal of NineteenEleven Consulting, initiated in January 2021, Kristin specializes in assisting government agencies with data collection and analysis for effective decision-making. Previous roles include Technology Evangelist and Customer Success Manager at PublicInput, Engagement Coordinator for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, and Assistant Professor at Wake Technical Community College. Kristin's research contributions span various projects at the Police Foundation, and an extensive academic background includes a Ph.D. in Sociology from North Carolina State University, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Sociology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
