Seth Wise is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in the real estate industry. Seth currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Altman Companies since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the President at BBX Capital Real Estate starting from August 2012. Seth also held the position of Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors at BBX Capital from March 2008. Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bluegreen Vacations since 2017. Seth is an active member of the Forbes Real Estate Council since 2020.

Seth Wise obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in finance from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following a significant gap in their education, from 1992 to 2009, Seth pursued various professional endeavors. In 2009, they resumed their educational journey by enrolling in the President's Program in Leadership at Harvard Business School, specializing as a Group Leader. Seth remained at Harvard Business School until 2020, during which they focused on honing their leadership skills through this program.
