Loknath Rao Chichula is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at The Altman Companies since January 2022, Loknath is involved in the development of the Altis at Lake Willis community, managing a budget of $52 million for 329 luxury multifamily units. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Royal American Group of Companies, where successful completion of a $20 million multifamily residential building in Orlando was achieved, and an internship in construction project management at Tesla, where involvement in remodeling retail projects was key. Loknath’s early career included serving as Field Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, where a significant water reservoir project was accomplished. Loknath holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
