Tara Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and community engagement, currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at The ALS Association since July 2022, where nearly $1 million has been raised for research and patient advocacy. Prior to this role, Tara worked as a Lower School Science Teacher at National Cathedral School and Upland Country Day School, enhancing curriculum standards and managing budgets. Previous experience includes roles as an Economic Research Assistant at Cardno ENTRIX, a Teacher-Naturalist at Delaware Nature Society Inc, and a Seasonal Educator at Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation from the University of Delaware, earned in 2010.
