Kristi Marsili has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector, specifically in development, marketing, and fundraising events. Kristi is currently serving as the Managing Director of Development at The ALS Association since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at The ALS Association Western Pennsylvania Chapter, including Director of Development, Director of Marketing and Fundraising Events, and Development and Marketing Associate.

Kristi Marsili completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at the University of Tampa from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Kiski Area High School from 2004 to 2007.
